About the Course
CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+) is a foundational-level certification covering a range of IT topics. It provides a solid grounding in the technology concepts and practices organizations use today.
The exam will certify the successful candidate has the knowledge and skills required to identify and explain the basics of computing, IT infrastructure, application and software, software development, database fundamentals and security. Additionally, candidates will have the ability to demonstrate their knowledge to:
- Install software
- Establish basic network connectivity
- Identify/prevent basic security risks
- Explain troubleshooting theory and preventative maintenance of devices
This course prepares students for the CompTIA IT Fundamentals Certification Exam (FC0-U61). There are no prerequisites.
